Traditional ice cream manufacturers produce ice cream in batches of thousands of gallons.  A Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream batch is only 6 or 8 ounces.  The flavoring dynamics are polar opposites.  In an ice cream factory, they will dump in multiple 5-gallon pails of “base flavoring” which is an artificially engineered flavoring substance.  At Chill-N we use raw inputs as flavoring, and we flavor on demand. That is, we flavor every serving as it’s ordered, right in front of you. We use real Nutella, real peanut butter, real Dulce de Leche, and most importantly real magical fairy dust. There is no flavor comparison between the real ingredients and an artificial base.

Long story short, our ice cream will taste like heaven in a cup.
